What are the bracelets made of?

Most of our chains are either 14k gold filled or sterling silver. We choose gold filled chains for many reasons. Gold filled is an affordable and sturdy alternative to solid gold. While pure gold can be very fragile and malleable, the center of gold filled is slightly filled with jewelers brass and the rest filled with 14k gold- it's great for daily wear and living!! The shine will last for years without extreme exposure to chemicals. It is also much less likely to stretch like pure gold does since it has that thin layer of jewelers brass inside.

Still want solid gold? No problem, we can do that too! We now offer 14k solid gold chain options! They are luxe and gorgeous, and their shine will last the test of time.

Do you have a warranty? Can my jewelry break?

We do! If your piece is accidentally lost within 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace it with the same chain (and charms) or one of equal or lesser value—on us. After 30 days, we offer a 15% discount to replace a lost piece (valid up to 18 months from the original purchase).

Just a friendly reminder: permanent doesn’t mean indestructible or forever, it just means clasp-less. We use high-quality chains and charms and custom-fit each piece with care for the longest wear possible. But accidents can happen, if your jewelry gets snagged or pulled with enough force, it will break (and should, for safety!).

The good news? In most cases, we can re-fuse it right back on for you.

If it’s permanent, does that mean it will NEVER come off?!

Nope—it's not permanent-permanent! You can easily remove your jewelry with scissors if you ever decide to take it off. Just be sure to snip it at the welded link and save your chain in case you want to get re-fused later with the same one.

Quick note: Permanent doesn’t mean invincible. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it’s still fine jewelry and can stretch or break if it’s pulled or caught on something with enough force.

Can I change my mind after I get welded and the chain is cut?

No, sorry. Once your chain has been custom fit to you, it cannot be returned or refunded.

What if my jewelry breaks, or I have to take it off?

If it needs to be taken off, we will happily weld it back on for you for free with a new jump ring!

While we use high-quality materials, our jewelry is still considered dainty—which means it can stretch or break if it gets snagged or pulled. If that happens, we’re happy to re-fuse it back on the first time for free. After that, there’s just a small $10 re-fuse fee. If the chain is broken beyond repair, a new one will need to be purchased. And if your chain is broken and lost, we offer a 15% discount on a replacement—valid for up to 18 months from the original purchase date.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes! It only takes about 5–10 minutes to weld a permanent bracelet, so during one scheduled appointment, we can typically do at least two bracelets, whether that’s on one person or split between two. We’re happy to fit everyone in!
If you’re planning on more than that, we recommend booking a “Multiple Services” appointment to reserve additional time slots to make sure we can give each piece the attention it deserves.

What is your address?

Our Richmond studio location is 1417 West Main Street Richmond, VA inside of nudeFX Luxury Spray Tans. There is plenty of street parking or a parking lot in the back!

Our Midlothian studio is located at 1404 Ewing Park Loop, inside Phenix Salon Suites. We are in suite 104. When you go into Phenix Suites, turn left, and we are straight ahead!

We welcome walk ins at both locations, but appointments take priority.

What type of payment do you accept?

We use Square. So we accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo. Square also accepts mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. I also accept cash, however I do not usually have correct change so please keep that in mind.

What if I don’t get my jewelry from you originally but it broke, or I need it put back on for another reason. Can you do that?

Yes! This is exactly what our “foreign fuse” fee covers. I’m happy to reattach your chain for a service fee of $25. However, if you purchase another piece at the same time, we’ll waive that fee and reattach it for free!

*Just a quick note: Our warranty does not cover foreign fuses, since the original piece wasn’t purchased from us. We’re always happy to reattach it when we can, but please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee the quality, durability, or condition of a chain we didn’t provide, it may have been stretched, compromised, or made from materials we’re unfamiliar with.

Do you have any jewelry for men?

Yes!! We have a lot of customers who are men and our jewelry looks great on them!

What if I change my mind about the sizing of my jewelry (its too tight or too loose). Can I get it fixed?

Of course!! We always want you to be completely happy with your jewelry, that’s our top priority! If you decide you'd like to adjust the sizing after your visit, you're more than welcome to book a studio appointment (or just walk in) with us or catch us at one of our pop-ups. We’ll be happy to make it just right for you!
