frequently asked questions + policies

Do you have a warranty? Can my jewelry break?

We do! If you accidentally lose your piece within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same chain (and charms) or for one of equal or lesser value. After that, to replace a lost chain we offer a 15% discount to purchase a new one.

Permanent does NOT mean indestructible. We use high quality chain and charms and make every effort to fit the pieces to you to the best of our ability for the longest wear possible. However, accidents do happen sometimes. If the piece gets caught on something and is pulled hard enough, it WILL break- as you want it to for safety purposes! If it breaks, we can almost always put it back on for you!

What are the bracelets made of?

All chains are either 14k gold filled or sterling silver. We choose gold filled chains for many reasons. Gold filled is an affordable and more sturdy alternative to complete gold. While pure gold can be very fragile and malleable, the center of gold filled is slightly filled with jewelers brass and the rest filled with 14k gold- it's made for daily wear and living!! The shine will last. It is also much less likely to stretch like pure gold does since it has that thin layer of jewelers brass inside.

If it’s permanent, does that mean it will NEVER come off?!

No, it can easily be removed with scissors should you ever decide to take it off. If so, make sure to clip it at the link we welded and save your chain in case you want to get linked again in the future with the same chain.

*please note: permanent jewelry does not equal invincible. While it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and WILL stretch and break if caught on something and pulled hard enough.

Can I change my mind after I get welded and the chain is cut?

No, sorry. Once your chain has been custom fit to you, it cannot be returned or refunded.

What if my jewelry breaks, or I have to take it off?

If it needs to be taken off for a medical emergency, I will happily weld it back on for you for free with a new jump ring!

While we use high quality chains and materials, it is still dainty jewelry. If it gets snagged on something and stretches or breaks, we can re-fuse it back on the first time for free- after that for $20. However, if the chain is broken beyond repair, a new one will have to be purchased. If your chain is broken and lost, you can purchase a replacement for 15% off.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes. It takes 5-10 minutes to weld a permanent bracelet, so in one scheduled appointment we can do at least two  bracelets, doesn't matter if that is on one or two, we're happy to squeeze everyone in. If you have more than that, book a multiple services appointment or just book more appointments.
